One-on-One Support
Some people can simply decide to reduce their stress and it happens.
Other people need some help deciding what changes to make in their lives and
how to make them. I offer individual coaching which is specific for your
particular needs, so that you can create a lifestyle that allows you to have
a meaningful life that is clam and nurturing.
Accountability
If you need a little more accountability to follow through on a new
process, one-on one coaching would serve you well because weekly sessions
with your coach will help you established a habit. Some people only have
to intend to follow a program and they can do it on their own. Those people
would do well with the Serenity Audio Program.
Values
Often when we are busy, we are running so fast we don't have time to
evaluate the value of what we are doing. What are your values? Might they
include honesty, integrity, punctuality, courtesy, courtesy, service?
Once you identify which values are important to you, you'll then be able to
monitor how our actions are aligned with what you value.
Techniques
One of the best techniques for reducing stress is to breathe
consciously. That can be as simple as taking a deep breath. I teach a
more deeply relaxing breath technique that will increase your clarity, ease
tension, and allow you to access your feelings without judgment.
Writing in a journal helps people become more aware of what is important
in their lives. Spending a few minutes each day writing about how you feel
can help ou live your live aligned with your values.
Learn how to communicate what you are feeling in a way that encourages
communication rather than argument. You will learn simple techniques
that take the edge out of statements you make so that the other person can
hear what you say and and not get defensive.
